Straight from the heart of the best coffee region in Bolivia, Caranavi, this superb coffee is deliciously chocolaty with intense notes of pear. It's just pretty funky!
In filter or espresso, the coffee of Julio Palli, proud Bolivian producer of Finca Bartolome, will give a pleasant sweetness at any time of the day.
In addition, the coffee was fermented anaerobically, therefore at very low oxygen, in tanks for 24 hours before being washed, which brings out the best of the terroir!

A family story
Last year he built a house on the farm and he now spends most of his days on the farm instead of in town. His daughter helps him pick the cherries and maintain the nursery.
