This is more specifically a blend of Brazilian and Honduran origins, betting on a chocolate coffee with a rich touch of red berries.

The drying process of the two origins is natural, which makes it a coffee that gives a Crema Intense, sweet and perfectly balanced.

That's why I call my very first blend Colorès Creyente.
This blend will vary over time depending on seasonal coffees and arrivals, its flavors will change from time to time for the pleasure of novelties, but the base is set: It will be a blend of luxury, very sweet and fruity, balanced and suitable for espressos, with or without a milk base.
