Traceable to its sole producer, this batch from La Finca La Torre, located in the department of La Paz, Honduras, is a great achievement because it is not easy to vibrate coffee from specialty in Honduras.
This country is dominated by the volume game, where the big trading houses come in and do futures on whatever they can, leaving little opportunity and even less funding for small producers specialized. It is here that an opportunity arose between the importer, crop to cup, and the PACAYAL cooperative, in order to secure a large part of its harvest. In addition, it is FairTrade certified and is organic. Enjoy!
